Additionally, all products purchased during a sale, promotional campaign, clearance event, seasonal sale, or with any discount code are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of the shipping box.
- Photos of the shipping label.
After reviewing your request, EvoryaBaby may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product.
- A replacement part.
- A full refund.
- A partial refund.
- Store credit.
- Another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our mistake, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. EvoryaBaby cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while being returned.

Refunds
Once your returned package has been received, our team will inspect the product to verify that it meets the conditions of this policy.
Inspection generally takes 2–5 business days after the package is received.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and any additional delivery fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of eligible product(s) will be refunded.
If your return is rejected because it does not comply with this policy, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or contacting the shipping carrier directly.
While we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier, EvoryaBaby cannot guarantee a refund for packages marked as successfully delivered.
